Add A 30-Day Supplemental Short Term Policy To Your Next Online Major Medical Application!

Recently, USL&H added a variety of supplemental plans to its Major Medical applications. The "Supplemental Plans" section was created to give agents a convenient way to apply for multiple policies using the same application while only being charged one application fee.

Good news! These plans can now be quoted and applied for on Major Medical e-applications as well!
If you have a client who is currently uninsured, the Supplemental STM plan is a risk-free option to apply for immediate coverage while USL&H underwrites the Major Medical application.

The best part? When USL&H issues the Major Medical policy, we'll credit any pro-rated STM premium to the Major Medical plan!

How To Apply For Supplemental STM Online

Run your Major Medical quote online at www.unitedsecuritylandh.com. Under Optional Benefits, simply check off the "STM Add On" box and select a deductible. The applicant will be asked an additional set of health questions* during the application process. After e-signatures are completed, agents can access the 30-day STM policy by logging in to our website.

*Short Term Health Questions must be answered "No" in order for the STM policy to be issued.

How To Apply For Critical Illness
Run your Major Medical quote online at www.unitedsecuritylandh.com. Under Optional Benefits, simply check off the "Critical Illness" box and select a plan type and face amount. USL&H will use the Major Medical application and PHI to underwrite the policy. If both policies are issued, they will share the same effective date and billing cycle.

Remember, we're offering a $50 bonus for any Critical Illness policy submitted on a Major Medical application before 5/1/10.
