The Select Company announced the new Value Dental
Plan is now available! The Value Dental Plan is now LIVE on
The Select Company Web Pages! The first available effective
date is April 1, 2006.
- No Referral Requirements.
- No Maximum Age Limit.
- See Any Dentist.
- More than 300 procedures covered.
- $1,000 annual maximum benefit per person
Essentially there are two differences between
our Dental Plans: The Value Dental Plan has a 12 month Wait
on Major Procedures vs. 6 months for the Select Dental Plan.
The Value Dental also has a lower ADA reimbursement schedule
than the Select Dental Plan. Making these adjustments allowed
us to offer an individual Dental Plan to you and your clients
for UNDER $20 a month!!
Both Plans are Fully underwritten and insured
by The Reliance Standard insurance company. Available for
groups, individuals and families who are members of the UASB
Association.
