USL&H has committed to expedited Underwriting for any Unicare roll over business!

This means that if we receive an application from a current Unicare policyholder who wants to switch to USL&H, they plan on utilizing the information from the application and a phone interview, to make a final decision. They would also require some evidence that they have coverage with UniCare, copy of schedule page and current notice etc. They cannot guarantee approval but will be very open minded in the underwriting review.
